Why I don't design with UI Trends

Most UI trends are flashy and impractical. Sometimes they look nice but really they look great on Dribbble.

In real life, they make a page slower and sometimes look unprofessional, unless it fits your image.

Not only that, they can be less readable to people with poor vision.
