Increased Bookings and Views for the property.

The brief

To create a  new website for Dalmeny Street Apartment, in order for guests to find relevant information in one centralised place.

To be able to make bookings as my client only had a Facebook page and Google My Business on Google Maps.

Challenges

The only real challenge was condensing all of the information from Airbnb and Booking.com.

Addressing guests' queries about whether there was a concierge service at the property.

What I did

As the only designer on this project:

  • An evaluation of the current brand and social media, i.e their Facebook page.

  • Competitor Research

  • Created a functional demo

  • Held short meetings with the client via Zoom for feedback.

  • Optimised the website for mobile bookings.

  • User testing - the live website.

  • Logo design for Facebook and Instagram and the website.

  • Publishing the site on Wix and all it entails and updating the Google My Business page.

Results

A month after setting up the sites: My client has gained a lot of emails asking about the property for bookings and has been booked out throughout the year.
